Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media and community engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage content calendars across key social platforms.
  • Plan and oversee content creation, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Analyze social media performance, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creative partners to deliver campaigns.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Experience within Real Estate and/or Banking/Financial Services sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop social media strategies and execute independently.
  • Strong content planning, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and community management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is comfortable owning the entire social media and community function with minimal supervision.
