Job Description
- Develop and execute social media and community engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars across key social platforms.
- Plan and oversee content creation, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Analyze social media performance, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creative partners to deliver campaigns.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Experience within Real Estate and/or Banking/Financial Services sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop social media strategies and execute independently.
- Strong content planning, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and community management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is comfortable owning the entire social media and community function with minimal supervision.
