Job Description

We are looking for a Hybrid Advertising Art Director to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives that drive brand engagement. You will collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure brand consistency across print, digital, social, and broadcast platforms. The ideal candidate is both a visionary thinker and a hands-on creator. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Brainstorm and pitch innovative advertising concepts, taglines, and visual themes in partnership with the creative team. 
  • Visual Execution: Translate marketing briefs into striking visual designs for digital ads, social media, print collateral, and multimedia content. 
  • Hybrid Adaptability: Pivot effortlessly between layout design, UX/UI, video storyboarding, and copywriting when necessary to bring a campaign to life. 
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative deliverables align with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and strategic business goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Present campaign ideas clearly to stakeholders, and direct external agencies, photographers, or production freelancers. 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house marketing environment.
  • Design Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing or motion graphics.
  • Versatile Skillset: A hybrid brain capable of both stunning design and impactful copywriting/messaging.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign development and successful multimedia advertisements.
