Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager with a strong background in automotive marketing, digital campaigns, client servicing, and integrated 360° communication. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day client requirements, develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing daily communication and building strong client relationships.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, retail, and offline channels.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, media, social media, strategy, performance, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Prepare clear briefs, activity plans, timelines, and campaign requirements for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all campaign materials follow brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Manage CRM/CLM communications and support customer journey enhancement through market research and campaign performance insights.
  • Lead digital user-experience initiatives across omni-channel platforms, including websites, CMS, digital signage, and interactive tools.
  • Coordinate production requirements, including shoots, creative adaptations, and campaign rollouts across different markets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to support strategic recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, approvals, and financial controls to ensure smooth execution and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and new business within existing client relationships.
  • Support branding, campaign development, and regional adaptation of marketing materials.

Required Experience

  • 5–6+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, marketing, or advertising agency roles.
  • Strong experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital campaigns, CRM/CLM communications, and client relationships.
  • Previous experience working with premium or multinational brands is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or advertising platforms are an advantage.

Languages

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Industries

  • Automotive, advertising, digital marketing, luxury, retail, FMCG, and technology.
