Job Description

We are looking for a digital-savvy Account Executive – Digital Marketing (3–5 years of experience) to manage website operations and frontend content management for a leading automotive brand. The core focus of this role is to maintain the brand’s flagship digital presence by executing content updates, managing web maintenance pipelines, and coordinating with external technical vendors. Additionally, the candidate will handle basic web traffic reporting and provide secondary support for integrated digital campaigns and regional product launches. This role requires an organized coordinator who ensures
alignment between client requests and digital content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website &; Frontend Content Management: Lead day-to-day frontend content updates, website maintenance, and localization rollouts for the automotive corporate website using Enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and asset compliance.
  • Vendor &; Technical Coordination: Serve as the primary agency contact for frontend developers and technical vendors to troubleshoot platform blockers and audit deliverables for flawless web content deployment.
  • Client Account Servicing: Manage daily communications and account servicing requirements with client stakeholders regarding web roadmaps, asset provisions, and digital platform updates.
  • Web Performance &; Monthly Reporting: Gather and compile basic website performance data and traffic metrics (e.g., via GA4) to prepare clean, structured monthly and quarterly digital reports for client updates.
  • Campaign Project Support: Assist in the coordination, asset adaptation, and deployment of regional digital marketing campaigns and landing pages in partnership with internal creative teams.
  • Timeline &; Delivery Management: Track digital platform-readiness timelines, manage asset packages, and ensure launch milestones are met within the planned schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Strategic Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in digital account executive, website coordination, or frontend content operations within an advertising agency setup.
  • CMS &; Web Proficiency: Hands-on experience working inside Enterprise CMS platforms to execute frontend content pipelines, modifications, and updates.
  • Basic Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as GA4) to
  • extract traffic metrics and track basic performance data for report generation.
  • Automotive Context: Experience servicing automotive accounts or working within high-compliance corporate brand guidelines is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to coordinate with technical teams and client stakeholders smoothly.
  • Language Capabilities: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required for regional communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong capability to handle multiple maintenance tasks and timeline-critical deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.
