• Design and develop 3D concepts for exhibitions, festivals, corporate events, brand activations, and experiential environments

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and production files for execution

• Coordinate with clients, internal creative team and production team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy from concept stage through production and on-site execution

• Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods suitable for event production and fit-outs

• Ensure designs meet safety, structural, and venue guidelines

Software & Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in 3Ds Max

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD with ability to produce accurate, detailed, and production-ready drawings

• Experience with rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, D5 or similar)

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)is a plus 

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in:

o Festivals and large-scale events 

o?  Corporate events and brand activations 

o Exhibition stands and trade shows
o Temporary structures and event fit-outs

• Hands-on experience working with fabrication and production teams
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
