Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of top-tier events and activations, from brief through execution.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Liaise with internal creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage client communications, feedback loops, and expectations throughout the project.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and freelancers; negotiate quotes and monitor deliverables.
• Track project costs, change requests, and invoicing through the ERP system.
• Prepare and lead internal and external meetings and documentation (timelines, scopes, wrap reports).
• Flag risks proactively and implement mitigation plans in alignment with the Projects Director.

Who You Are

• Based in the UAE, with a working understanding of local permitting, logistics, and supplier dynamics.
• 3–5 years of agency-side project management experience in events and activations.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, production workflows, and delivery of top-tier events.
• Experienced in using ERP systems and basic project management tools.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and always a team player.
• You value transparency, adapt quickly, and lead with solutions.
