Job Description

We’re seeking a commercially astute Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role involves pricing strategy, contract management, key account support, and collaboration with commercial, operational, and finance teams.

RESPONDIBILITIES

• Develop strategies aligned with financial goals. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

• Oversee pricing models and margins. Lead proposal and bid preparation.

• Maintain strategic client relationships. Deliver tailored value propositions.

• Analyze trends, competition, and customer data to guide decisions.

• Align commercial goals across operations, finance, and marketing.

• Track key metrics (revenue, margins, retention). Drive improvement through data.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial/sales/business development; leadership in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Economics. MBA preferred.

• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Innovation: Finds creative ways to add client value and boost performance. Uses digital tools to streamline operations and reporting.
