Job Description

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships within a defined territory. This includes leading a field sales team, acquiring high-value customers, and executing a strategic sales plan to meet revenue and performance targets. The role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing key accounts, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Acquire and onboard large and high-profile clients with significant revenue potential.

• Lead, support, and coach the sales team through regular meetings, joint visits, and performance reviews.

• Analyze revenue and shipment performance; guide the team to drive quality business.

• Handle top customers directly and resolve customer issues internally and externally.

• Ensure team KPIs are met and review individual and team performance weekly and monthly.

• Prospect for new clients via direct visits, online research, directories, and referrals.

• Coordinate with operations, credit control, and finance for smooth service and collections.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all clients including contracts, correspondence, and activities.

• Monitor competitors, report market intelligence, and assist in strategy adjustments.

• Assist with tenders, special projects, rate negotiations, and service implementations.

• Promote company tools, services, and new initiatives to existing and prospective customers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Gender: Male

• Nationality: Open to all nationalities

• Minimum Experience: 2 years

• Maximum Experience: 4 years

• Education: Diploma (Preferred), Middle School Certificate or Technical Courses accepted

• Industry Experience: Preferably with experience in Courier, Shipping, or Logistics sectors
