Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven, and strategic Country Manager to lead all business operations, commercial activities, and organizational growth within Oman. This role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Country Manager will lead cross-functional teams, develop market strategies, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government stakeholders to position the company as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the country's business strategy aligned with overall company objectives. 

• Drive growth, market penetration, and operational scalability within the country.

• Lead revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships.

• Manage country-level P&L, budgets, and financial targets to ensure profitability.

• Oversee all operational functions, including logistics, service delivery, and customer support.

• Ensure full compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and trade requirements.

• Represent the company with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.

• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

• Act as the primary spokesperson and ambassador of the company in the country.

• Manage key client relationships and external partnerships to drive business growth.

• Represent the company in industry events, forums, and external engagements.

• Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks.

• Implement controls to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure business continuity.

• Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, logistics partners, and service providers.

• Liaise with local government entities, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.

• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and public engagements.?

Education & Experience:

• 10+ years (minimum 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a country or large business unit)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
