Job Description

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis within a retail or luxury business. The candidates will play a key role in managing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the company’s financial health is aligned with its long-term business goals.

Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

• Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage and review financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and development.

Requirements:

6-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or a related industry.

• Expertise in VAT, corporate tax filings, and auditing.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Excel (ERP systems experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or CPA qualification is a plus).
