Overseeing the company’s business operations and financial performance. Supervising, guiding and delegating executives in their duties. Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated. Assessing, managing and resolving problematic developments and situations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Controlling and Monitoring of all Ships Agency Activities, Including compliance, within assigned territory.
- Ensure that Ships Agency performance, service and quality is according to Standards of Operations.
- Control all Liner and Non-Liner business and responsible for ensuring the highest service standards & continous improvement.
- Manage Operational performance & Quality, and KPI’s to ensure smooth and hassle free performance of the branch.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Managing the Customer Service Team with proper Guidance/ instructions to handling customer requirements.
