Job Role: Brand Strategist

Overview:
1- Strategic Thinking & Research Expertise
- Deep experience in market, consumer, and cultural trend research (quantitative & qualitative).
- Able to extract meaningful insights from complex data to inform brand strategy and communication.
- Naturally curious and investigative; constantly seeking to understand people, behaviors, and emerging trends.

2- Creative & Conceptual Mindset
- Exceptional at turning strategy into compelling brand narratives.
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and emotionally resonant brand copy (taglines, tone of voice guides, manifestos, etc.).
- Brings a fresh, original perspective while respecting the brand's point of view.

3- Communication & Language Proficiency
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Able to write across tones and formats (corporate, lifestyle, playful, technical, etc.).
- Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity.

4- Collaboration & Leadership
- A genuine team player who thrives in multidisciplinary settings (strategy, design.. etc.).
- Open to constructive feedback and capable of giving thoughtful, respectful input to peers and junior strategists.
- Can mentor and lead by example, guiding others while nurturing creativity.

5- Project Ownership & Accountability
- Able to lead brand strategy projects from start to finish: from research and insight to articulation and rollout.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Extra Attributes:
- Experience across different sectors (e.g., FMCG, luxury, tech, governmental).
- Familiarity with brand-building tools and frameworks.
- Skilled in using tools like Keynote, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace.
