Overview:
Our client, who is an AD agency, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR management experience, including direct oversight of teams ranging from 20 to 50 employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Saudi national (male or female)

• Based in Jeddah

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)

• Open-minded, with a modern HR approach (not from traditional organizations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

• Support performance management and employee development.
