We’re looking for driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales.

The ideal candidate will focus on growing revenue, acquiring new clients, and expanding business opportunities in the UAE market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored sales strategies, identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build a strong client pipeline to maintain steady revenue and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of eCommerce and logistics solutions to meet UAE customers’ needs and requirements .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic projects and launch new services.
  • Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, client acquisition, and market updates.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in the freight, courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Strong network and experience working with high-profile clients across different sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.
