Responsibilties:

• Own the divisional profit and loss statement, ensuring revenue and cost optimization to achieve financial
• targets.
• Prepare and manage divisional budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational quality or customer
• satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end operations for Air, Sea, and Road Freight, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely
• delivery.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and carriers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead the tender process by working closely with the Overseas business partners. Ensure the timely
• completion of RFPs as per the deadline.
• Constantly identify new and emerging new business opportunities related to key verticals such as Oil & Gas,
• Energy, and Manufacturing and collaborate with overseas business partners to establish contact with the
• relevant decision-makers including EPC contractors.
• Support credit collection activities to meet the working capital requirement of the organization.
