Job Role: Business Development Manager

Job Description

This role is suited for an energetic, well-networked events veteran who has been involved in the execution of medium-to-large-scale events and festivals in Riyadh. The right candidate must thoroughly understand the events landscape in Riyadh and immersed in the latest trends. In addition, the role is suited for a person who has been in a business development role was involved in approaching new clients, and has worked on event tenders and pitches.

The Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for : 

• Business development and working with the management of the company to generate new leads and service existing leads. This includes pitching for events for both private and government clients in Riyadh.
• Meeting and gathering information from clients and working alongside the events team to conceptualize and propose themes, ideas and technologies for events.
• The preparation of pitches, tenders’ submissions, and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint in collaboration with Event Designers, 3D visualizers, suppliers, and the management’s input.
• Developing event budgets for turn-key events with the support of the production team and 3^rd Party Suppliers
• Overseeing events handled, monitoring progress during build phase, and ensuring client satisfaction during and post event.

Eligibility:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• To be based in Riyadh and have had experience in the Riyadh events market for no less than 3 years

• Bilingual (Spoken and written)

• Strong network within the Riyadh market

• Strong record of achievement in current position

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential

• Valid KSA Driver's License

• Candidate must be from the events industry
