Job Description

We are looking for a Web Content and UI Lead with expertise in AEM Authoring and Website Maintenance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing web content, leading UI/UX updates, and ensuring optimal website functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead web content management and updates across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.
• Utilize AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) for content authoring, template creation, and managing workflows.
• Oversee website maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to enhance UI/UX.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices for web content.
• Monitor website analytics to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Ensure all web assets are mobile-responsive and comply with accessibility standards.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web content management, UI design, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in AEM Authoring, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in managing multilingual or global websites.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
