As the Bilingual Community Manager, you will be the voice of our client's brand, responsible for engaging with their online community and building strong relationships with users in both English and Arabic

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with community members across various social media platforms, forums, and online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content in both English and Arabic to share with the community, including posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia content. 

Moderation: Monitor community discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise. 

Feedback Management: Gather feedback from community members and relay insights to internal teams, serving as the voice of the community and advocating for their needs and preferences. 

Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to community engagement and sentiment, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
