Job Role: Account Executive

Job Description

Our client  is  looking for team players who think differently, apply creativity to whatever they offer, have great skills to manage their clients’ accounts, while ensuring that the creative team adheres well to the given guidelines.

These candidates should be good listeners with updated marketing skills. They should be able to convince the client with new strategies smartly customized according to the given budget.

Responsibilities include:

-Sourcing new clients and negotiating contracts.

-Meeting with clients regularly and serving as the link between them and the creative team.

-Determining client’s needs, discussing ideas and strategies.  

-Developing and maintaining connections with key clients and stakeholders.

-Ensuring day-to-day execution of client strategy and roadmap to execute results-driven campaigns across all channels from inception to completion.

-Negotiating budgets and deadlines.

-Ability to generate creative solutions, be resourceful and innovative in problem solving and negotiate with ease.

-Report and monitor the progress of the project and keep the client updated.

-Participate actively in developing creative ignition briefs and nurture the ideas to development.

-Ensure all account activities are submitted, documented, and reported through the agency system.

-Delivering the completed project to the client.

Requirements:

-Preferably a Saudi citizen

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

-Strong Arabic & English communication skills.

-Fluent in communication media

-Flawless presentation skills

-Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.

-Digital savvy

-Creativity in bringing solutions for difficult problems

-Passionate for creative innovation and works well among the team.

-Outstanding negotiation skills.

-Ability to cope with the pressure and keep tight deadlines.

-Positivity in dealing with the team, agency, client, and even obstacles.

-Organized, multitasker and detailed oriented.
