Our client is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Communications Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities and duties

• Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
• Overseeing the company’s communications
• Preparing detailed media activity reports
• Collaborating with the marketing team
• Identifying media opportunities
• Determining strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
• Ability to spot future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies
• Transform, develop and motivate the team towards an international vision
• Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, BS in Communications, Journalism or any related field
• Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Superb verbal and written communication skill.
• Extensive experience in communication field (strongly beneficial)
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic & English. (any other language is a plus)
• Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to think analytically and strategically
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
• Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
• Preferably Saudi Nationals.
