Job Role: Accountant

Job Location: Dubai , UAE 

Job Description

1. Well versed with Media Industry and knowing Visual Dolphin software is a must.
2. Invoicing the Client & sending all the Invoices after the month end closing.
3. Tracking the Unbilled Media on a daily basis & regular follow up with suppliers for any pending invoices not delivered. Reconciling all the media supplier invoices.
4. It is very vital that candidate knows how the media booking, vouching and supplier reconciliation works in Visual Dolphin.
5. Follow-up on client payments for aged balances in system.
6. Booking the Receipt for all monthly collection.
7. Preparing the supplier payments & follow up on monthly SOA.
8. Bank Reconciliation.
9. Month end closing task as assigned by Financial controller.
