Job Description

A video marketing agency in Dubai requires a Client Servicing Manager. It is an excellent opportunity to be a part of the growing video-marketing discipline.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the accounts managed
• Build & maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Work with the Account Director in running brainstorming sessions with relevant stimulus / thought-starters & building compelling proposals/presentations for pitch/RFPs/client-briefs.
• Work with the team to devise insights, ideas and creative brief that meet the client’s brief .
• Ensure QC, including proofreading, design details & presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
• Ensure Liwa’s social channels are up to date
• Maintain regular contact with the client by adding value, provoking new business opportunities & ensuring that communication flows effectively
• Undertake administrative tasks like meeting invites, updating internal management systems & writing minutes of the meeting.

Job Eligiblity Requirements :

Arabic speaker ( prefer to be working from Dubai but if exceptionally good , remote working is also acceptable)
