Job Role:  :  Junior Producer

Job Description

Supervises the execution of a variety of digital campaigns including digital/social,videos, photography and motion graphics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and product photography
• Coordinate with content creators including influencers and platforms such as TikTok Creators’ Marketplace
• Take briefs from clients/account managers/creative team and foster long-lasting relationships with them.
• Ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.
• Assist in development of concepts and designs for new digital projects.
• Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
• Prepare project CPSs.
• Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets.
• Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements.
• Coordinate with freelancers, equipment providers, location scouting and other suppliers

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Understanding of social content development requirements including influencer marketing, content creation, etc
• Good relationship and network building skills
• Commercial mindset and basic financial literacy
• Understanding of technical production requirements and differentiation from
traditional production requirements
• Ability to prioritise and multitask and handle the stress and demands of multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
