POSITION SUMMARY:

The Key Account Manager owns and delivers the management also across the Trade channel, but not limited to other sales channels across Dubai / UAE market by developing key accounts and strong relationships to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives. This role will identify and cultivate new opportunities for the brand, achieved by a focus on delivering the overall value of sales and marketing ensuring in-venue execution, overseeing promotional activations, having an eye for opportunities to enhance positioning, sales, and marketing activities within key accounts, being an enthusiastic brand ambassador of the Brand. 

Major Responsibilities

  • Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with all levels of personnel within key accounts, with a primary focus across ON Trade, but not limited to other sales channels – Health & Wellness, Independent Retail, Natural, Conventional, Convenience and Instant Needs
  • Nurture relationships at the account-level with working personnel
  • Ensure the execution of POS materials
  • Effectively manage the entire sales process
  • Establish and manage key customer relationships through joint business planning that strengthens and builds on the success of the brand
  • Develop and facilitate all customer focused activities to optimize company’s and customer’s profit
  • Evaluate business performance in terms of customer achievement and analyze business growth for generating new ideas and increase profitability
  • Oversee and drive in-venue activation programs across sales channels
  • Solve Ad Hoc problems as they arise in accounts, helping to maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Identify new opportunities for the F&B Brand: events, festivals, health/wellness retreats, in-venue activations
  • Review and Track sales performance for accounts within the territory.
  • Achieve expectations and goals while working independently

Working Relationships

Collaborates with distributor personnel, account-level decision makers, brokers and merchandiser teams

  • Strong computer skills – specifically knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.

Requirements And Minimum Education Level

  • BS/BA desired; or equivalent
  • Min 2 years sales / marketing related and/or consumer product or luxury goods experience preferred
  • Varied work week, may include evenings and/or weekends
  • Located in Dubai, UAE
  • Job Qualifications / Functional Skills
  • Ability to learn the role and responsibilities of the position.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
