Experienced Traffic and Studio Manager with a solid advertising background.
Job Description:
• Day-to-day job scheduling
• Handling workflow in creative and studio
• Client submissions
• Ensuring completeness of creative briefs from CS and BDM
• Timely project deliveries
• Conducting weekly WIP meetings
• Handling pre and post production process between creative, directors and editors
• Report preparation for management
• Daily activity reports for studio and CS
• Attending briefings and brainstorming sessions with the team
• Overseeing all production related activities
• Production quotation approval from supplier and costing sheets to CS
• Approving third party costs
• Ensuring studio related procedures are being followed at all levels
• Sourcing freelance designers, illustrators, photographers, copywriters and other third parties as necessary.
