Job Role:  Digital Marketing Officer

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

  • Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns for online channels including website, app, email and social media like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube. 
  • Devise, collect, edit and post content for various digital platforms including spa screens (social media – Websites – Screens – on ground live stories)
  • Report any errors or bugs in online content and continuously update online stock on website (In coordination with the Stock Keeper) 
  • Maintain presence and personalize engagement with all fans and followers using BioskinSpa’s tone of voice 
  • Provide help and advice to online customers, using BioskinSpa’s products or services on social media and websites. 
  • Communicate courteously with customers via DM, live chat, telephone, and WhatsApp
  • Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople; answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations 
  • Respond to enquiries and comments promptly and professionally at all times
  • Monitoring social media channels and regularly reporting results 
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps and book appointments 
  • Ensure appointments targets are achieved 
  • Deliver a high standard of online customer service & maintain appropriate brand image Update information for customers on system accurately and in timely manner Establishes direct and indirect contact with customers and partners.

Reporting and Other Duties:

  • Measure and report performance analysis of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports for each project/campaign
  • Use data from web tracking tools like google analytics to check effectiveness of campaigns
  • Suggest new content or ways to engage social networks based on analysis of data to grow and reach targets
  • Research competitors’ activity on social media and share with managers
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Engage consumers to encourage sales from campaigns and provide feedback to department
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives and complete tasks
  • Assist with event activations occasionally
  • Raise concerns or negative comments immediately to the MAR-COM Manager.
  • Morning report of yesterday’s total set appointment and attendance results split by category.
  • Afternoon report of tomorrow’s appointments split by category.
  • Review stock situation report received from (the stock keeper) and report changes needed on weekly basis every Saturday.
