Job Description:

Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
Leading and managing account managers and executives to deliver the best quality service.
Work closely with clients to help in crafting strategic direction (i.e. key messages, etc.).
Help clients to get organized internally to ensure smooth work between the two entities.
Write full technical proposals and/or quotations.
Follow up with clients to speed up the collection process.
Ensure client satisfaction by conducting reflection/feedback meetings.
Work on areas of improvement to elevate the overall client experience.
Promoting the expansion in business with existing clients.
Produce presentations that tap into potential upselling opportunities.
Intervening in any crisis with the client and managing the situation accordingly.
Provide support and collaboration to whole employees when needed.
Actively contribute to the corporate knowledge base.
Actively participate in company processes (comply with company /project processes).
Come up with the best solution for addressing challenges.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
