We are assisting one of our international banking client's hire a Branch Manager for their Sharjah office, UAE .

The focus has to be on Arab candidates with following profile –

• Experience in a reputed insurance company of at least 10 years in Distribution ( preferably Direct Distribution)
• Very good communication skills in Arabic & English
• Thorough understanding of General Insurance ( Motor & Non Motor) and Health Insurance from a technical perspective
• Hands-on experience in direct sales and ability to lead & motivate  direct sales team
• Preferably holding a personal portfolio of AED 3-5 Million
• Insurance qualifications would be an advantage
