Retail Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as retail project manager more than 7years
• Project management skill based on the rule of big company
• Understand well HQ global design guideline in English
• Check Technical drawing well based on design & Amend &supplement the missing or Wrong part
• Production checking based on Technical drawing
•  Forecasting on the issue that can be happened after checking the production
• Basic knowledge about lighting color temperature
• Knowledge about vendor in furniture & Acrylic posm production in RUH
• Know the advantage and disadvantage of each vendor’s specialty
• Knowledge of fixture production & POSM & installation in KSA
• Knowledge about maintenance for Artificial stone, wooden/Metal furniture
• Client communication & documentation for reporting

Responsibilities

• Organize all Retail fixture production & shop branding project
• Prepare shop design as per the guideline from HQ
• Design checking based on guideline & communication with client
• Vendor brief based on client communication & confirmed design.
• Bidding and vendor selection as per the quality & cost comparison
• Vendor management for production & installation
• Reporting to client & manager regularly and on –time.
• Finding solution on issue that happens during project management
• Supporting colleagues to overcome all issues facing
• Settlement based on execution.
