We are assisting one of our BTL Activation clients hire a  Business Development Manager for their Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

• Working with management to service existing leads and generating new leads including pitching for tenders for both the private and government sector (Business Development)
• The preparation of presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint in collaboration with Event Designers, 3D visualisers, suppliers and manager’s input
• Developing event budgets with the support of the production manager
• Gathering third party quotes through our network of suppliers
• Proactively ensuring the set schedule of events is followed and executed to a high quality and within the agreed budgets
• Coordinating the entire  process under guidance from the manager and ensuring all timelines are met
• Assisting with the management of individual event budgets in line with the overall events budget; seeking opportunities to minimise expenditures which will not compromising on quality
• Liaising and communicating with the production team and external suppliers to ensure events are executed to plan
• Coordinating various suppliers where required
• Be meticulously organised and able to coordinate, prioritise and complete multiple projects at once
• Be highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye
• Demonstrate professional communication with superior stakeholder management skills
• Be results-oriented and have outstanding problem-solving skills
• Have a passion for the events environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary

Eligibility: 

Only UAE based candidates:

• Preferably from BTL Production House / Agency
• Minimum 6-6 years of experience with a relevant degree or equivalent
• Strong record of achievement in the current position
• Advanced computer and analytical skills, knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential
•  Valid UAE driving license is must.
