Job Title: Project Manager- Activation  

Reports to: Client service Director

Our client and Integrated Brand Engagement Agency in Jeddah- Saudi is looking for a Project Manager with activation experience to join their growing team.

Job Purpose

Project Manager will be in charge of a specific project or projects within the agency. As a project manager, you need to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are responsible for. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Acknowledge clients request and document MOM for all project-related meetings and specify quotation or proposal submission date.

Get the client marketing brief include the mandatory requirement

Collaborate with the Creative 3rd party and provide the deadline.

Collaborate with the internal IT departments and provide the deadline.

Share the official quotation and manage any extra client requests after approval.

Submit and align the CPS with Client.

Get the client official approval or PO in order to proceed with agreement

Follow up with the client to get the PO within 5 days

Maintaining  the relationship of existing clients along with the line manager

Perform ownership and monitor the activities at the execution stage to the closing stage

Activity reports (daily, weekly)

Activity report (final report shared with the team and client)

Attend all Internal meeting (Brainstorming)

Arabic Speakers with Activation experience is a must for this role.
