Our client, one of the biggest multinational agency in Muscat – Oman is looking to hire a Hybrid Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience in Client Servicing with complete 360 communications straddling between Digital and Offline.

You will manage the overall day-to-day account operations, account team and relationship with agency clients. In particular, this role will have a big emphasis on digital platforms and plan content and will be comfortable using social media tools.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and create high-quality content across all client’s social channels to inform, engage and delight

Works with direct report(s) to develop overall strategic direction for campaigns.

Ensure all projects across the account team are delivered on brief, on time and on budget

Develop creative briefs and oversees all creative output

Manage and monitor client production and related budgets

Proactively researches client’s business and presents summaries of key topics or opportunities for the account team, agency management and clients
