Our Client a regional creative agency in Dubai is looking for talented Digital communication professional who can work on a portfolio of clients with a heavy skew towards digital campaigns and social content. As a Digital Account Manager, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
The role will require you to:
· Build long-term relationships with clients
· Understand client issues and articulate solutions
· Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
· Present social media strategies to clients
· Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
· Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
· Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
· Prepare and present reports on their progress
· Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology & social media
You will need:
· At least 5-6 years agency account management experience, digital experience a must.
. Must be an Arabic speaker
· Experience managing multi-channel (360/integrated) brand campaigns.
· Experience managing video productions
· FMCG experience a must
· eCommerce experience a plus
· An understanding of how to use digital, social and direct channels to drive content engagement.
· A solid understanding and track record of planning, implementing and tracking digital and social campaigns
· Excellent people management skills, both internal and across a diverse client base.
In addition, you should also be able to show:
· The ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance both the agency and client’s business.
· An entrepreneurial mindset where you drive innovation and continuous improvement.
· In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
· Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
