Our client, an ultra-luxury, high end, Seafood Restaurant in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager / Brand Manager


Job Description

This opportunity is for the Restaurant/Brand Manager for an ultra-luxury, high end, Seafood Restaurant.  This person is responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant. A desire to provide exceptional customer service in a luxury atmosphere is a must. 

Extensive wine and liquor knowledge.

Professional Demeanor.

Great problem solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to adapt.

2 years minimum prior GM and Fine-Dining experience (hotel experience is a plus but not a must).

Must have a complete understanding of restaurant financials.

Must be adept and managing a large staff.

In-depth expertise with service steps, guest interaction, up-selling, cost controlling, operations, leadership and driving sales. 

Candidate must think outside the box-always looking for ways to generate new business internally and externally.

Should be well versed with the Service Quality that needs to be delivered in a fine dine restaurant.

Should be a great leader and a motivator for the entire team. And should lead with an example for the team when it comes to delivering customer service at its best.

Should be a believer in spending quality time with the team in mentoring and training on excellence in service quality and customer satisfaction.


Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):

Oversee the daily food and beverage service operations and ensure quality standards for foods.

Monitor inventory levels, bar equipment, and other supplies as needed.

Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of the establishments in accordance with state and local regulations.

Recommend and administer food and beverage service procedures and service standards.

Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule the labour force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel.

Ensure compliance by all foodservice personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.

Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships

Responsible for managing departmental profit and loss (P&L) complex data.

Perform other related duties as assigned.    




High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred


2 years minimum prior GM and Fine-Dining experience (hotel experience is a plus but not a must).


Food Safety Employee Training required.

Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
